Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a superficial exfoliation process that is used to remove the dead, outermost layer of skin, revealing new skin cells that are soft and smooth. Typically, microdermabrasion is used to treat and/or diminish acne, blackheads and whiteheads, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damaged skin, acne, superficial age spots, hyperpigmentation, oily skin, and dry or patchy skin.
A series of 5 treatments every 1 to 2 weeks is generally recommended at the start, followed by monthly treatments to maintain the results.
